Registration Form for the National Consultation on Catholic Education 2026
Date: 25th – 27th November 2026 (3 Days)
Venue: St. Joseph Vaz Spiritual Renewal Centre, Goa, India
Organized by the CBCI Office for Education and Culture (CBCI OEC)
1. The registration for the CBCI National Consultation on Education 2026 will commence from 19th August 2026 and will be closed on 31st October, 2026.
2. Accommodation will be arranged from 25th November afternoon 12:00 pm (Lunch included) to 27th November 2026 evening 05:00 pm (Tea included). For those who wish to stay on 27th November night, you are welcome. But please inform us earliest. Guests arriving prior to or departing after the specified dates are kindly requested to make their own accommodation arrangements.
3. For the Receipts, you will receive an online payment confirmation receipt after the registration from the portal. The original receipt can be picked up at the venue during registration.
4. The accommodation price quoted is for one individual staying for 3 days (Single room or on a shared basis).
5. The Delegates need to register individually/small groups from their respective Diocese/Congregation/Region, while also clearly mentioning their designation.
6. A letter of confirmation will be sent to the Delegates from our office after the completion of their registration for the CBCI National Consultation on Education 2026.
7.Priority will be given to the following category of people to participate in this National Consultation:
- Bishops in charge at the regional level Education Commission
- Regional Education Secretaries
- National Executive Body of AINACS, Xavier Board/AICUF
- General Councillors for Education
- National Coordinators for Education of Religious Congregations
- Provincial Coordinators of Education of Religious Congregations
- Diocesan Education Secretaries
- Vice-Chancellors of Catholic Universities
- Principals of schools and colleges who represent their diocese or province.
8. Transportation is not arranged for the delegates from the place of arrival (like the Airport or Railway station) and back to the place of departure. The Delegates need to make their own arrangements for travel from the place of arrival and to the place of departure.
9. Transportation to and from the Pilar Fathers’ House and St. Joseph Vaz Centre during the Meeting will be arranged by the organizers.
10. If the payment procedure is incomplete or pending, the registration will be considered invalid. Therefore, please ensure that your payment has been confirmed with a receipt. For clarification, please contact the CBCI OEC National Office:
